DeAnnah began consulting minority professionals over 10 years ago around strategies to grow in their career and secure employment at fair and desired salaries. Once DeAnnah officially launched her business she saw massive growth in a short amount of time as she developed and implemented individualized and institutional programs centered around career growth and leadership development. DeAnnah takes a special interest in working with minority women to help move them into senior level/VP/C-Suite roles as there is a huge disparity in minority women presence in these levels of leadership.
